Grace Jun

Ms. Jun is a graduate of Hastings College of the Law with experience in criminal defense and civil litigation. While at Hastings, Ms. Jun interned for the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office and the Marin County Public Defender’s Office. During her internship at the Marin County Public Defender’s Office, Ms. Jun conducted two DUI trials. Additionally, Ms. Jun litigated three motions to suppress evidence for violations of the Fourth Amendment by law enforcement officers. Ms. Jun prevailed on a motion to suppress in a felony drug possession case, which ultimately resulted in the dismissal of the felony charge. 

Ms. Jun was also a member of the Hastings Civil Justice Clinic where she represented two clients on factual innocence petitions. The petitions sought to seal and destroy records related to arrests made without probable cause. 

As an associate of Iredale & Yoo, Ms. Jun’s practice focuses on both criminal defense and civil litigation and she is committed to providing effective and vigorous advocacy for every client.
