A paralegal at Iredale Law, Amy reviews transcripts, creates trial and discovery binders, E-files in federal district courts and appellate courts, coordinates discovery responses in civil cases, file motions in state court and much more.
Amy has previously worked for the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office where she wrote pitchess motions, bail motions, motions to suppress, second chaired felony trials, prepared subpoenas and subpoena duces tecums as well as coordinated trainings for new and veteran paralegals and interns.
Earlier Amy was at Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P., Washington, D.C. drafting client memos and pleadings, prepared for and attended court hearings and client and government meetings, attended congressional hearings, researched and analyzed laws, statutes and regulations on the state and federal level.
A huge baseball fan Amy was a Ball Girl for the Washington Nationals Baseball Team, Washington, D.C.
